Treadmills
Treadmill training grants Speed according to the official experience description, and Angelic Treadmill is a named official achievement. Use the current upgrade panel to compare available machines. This reference separates verified system identity from the costs and training rates that must be measured in the live game.
Training and upgrades are different
Training is the activity that adds Speed. An upgrade is a purchase whose current description may change how that training works. Record both the machine and the observed gain rate so a later comparison does not attribute a boost or trail change to the wrong cause.
Run a controlled measurement
Note starting Speed and time, train for a measured interval and calculate the difference per second. Repeat once to detect temporary changes. Use the same interval after upgrading. If you change several settings together, you can measure the setup’s total effect but cannot isolate one component.
Choose a useful stopping point
A target biome or return route gives training a purpose. Use its reported reference as an editable starting point, then test the carried run. Stop to reassess when movement is no longer the limiting factor. An expensive machine is not automatically the most useful purchase for a collection-focused session.
