STEAL AN EGG WIKI / GUIDE

Biome Speed requirements

Use the September community Speed table as a starting reference and check the current server before committing to a target. The evidence distinguishes a reported number from safe carrying performance. In particular, September references list 18M for Prehistoric while older guides show 17M.

Read the source date

A table copied before a map extension may omit later zones. The biome directory keeps its evidence date beside each row so an old table does not become a current official rule. The official Roblox description names Speed but does not publish a numerical threshold for each biome.

Understand what the number means

Different guides call the number a gate, requirement or escape target. These are not necessarily the same measurement. Do not infer that walking into a biome is impossible below the value. Test access and carried escape separately in your server, then use the number that matters to your objective.

Resolve conflicts with observation

For Prehistoric, record whether your own carried route works around the conflicting references before choosing a training target. For later zones with only one current source, the directory marks the row unconfirmed. Taking an average of two incompatible claims does not create verified evidence.

Turn the target into a plan

Subtract your current Speed from the target and divide by a measured gain rate. The speed planner performs this arithmetic and lets you override the reference. Recheck it after upgrades and before carrying an egg whose weight differs substantially from the one used in your initial test.
