STEAL AN EGG WIKI / GUIDE

Base defense checklist

Protect your collection with short base checks, visible approach routes and decisions that keep you close enough to respond. Other-player stealing is an official mechanic. This checklist focuses on awareness and current upgrade descriptions without assuming an undocumented shield, lock duration or offline-income rule.

Know what is exposed

Before leaving, inspect your eggs, pets and the current base controls. Read any protection text exactly as it appears. Do not infer a lock’s behavior from another Roblox game with a similar name. Record the state you expect to find when you return so an interruption is easier to understand.

Shorten unattended stretches

Alternate long training or menu sessions with a quick view of the approaches. This is a play routine, not a fixed game timer. If you cannot respond from your training position, choose a closer activity or a shorter interval. Prioritize the collection you already hold over a speculative distant target.

Follow the return route

When a threat appears, identify where the carrier needs to go. A direct interception may be more practical than following every turn. Stay within the game’s ordinary controls and visible rules. If an attempted defense fails, note whether awareness, positioning or movement was the main limitation.

Evaluate upgrades by outcome

Read a base improvement’s current description and compare the next normal session with the previous one. Did it reduce interruptions or make collection management easier? Avoid purchasing a label solely because an older guide calls it mandatory. Reassess when the game changes a control or protection message.
